All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, JUWE will contact the customer regarding an appropriate resolution.

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

Payment information is processed through the relevant payment provider. JUWE does not require customers to send card information through email, WhatsApp or social media.

6. DELIVERY

JUWE offers delivery within South Africa.

Delivery costs, where applicable, will be displayed or communicated to the customer before completion of the order.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, stock availability and other circumstances outside JUWE's reasonable control.

Customers should ensure that the delivery address and contact details supplied are accurate.

7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Customers who wish to request a return or exchange should contact JUWE as soon as possible after receiving the order.

Products being returned should be unused, unworn and, where applicable, in their original packaging, except where applicable consumer law gives the customer additional rights.

For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened or used fragrances may be subject to return restrictions except where the product is defective, incorrect or otherwise required to be accepted under applicable law.

Sneakers being returned should not show signs of wear or use unless the return relates to a defect.

8. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If a customer receives an incorrect, damaged or defective item, the customer should contact JUWE promptly with the order information and supporting photographs where reasonably appropriate.

JUWE will assess the matter and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

9. CANCELLATIONS

Customers should contact JUWE as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.

If an order has already been dispatched, cancellation or return arrangements may be subject to the applicable returns process and South African consumer law.

10. PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY

JUWE is committed to supplying the products represented and described on the website accurately.

Packaging and presentation can change between batches or as manufacturers update their products, and minor packaging variations do not necessarily indicate a different product.
